You have 30 days from the day of delivery (based on tracking #) to initiate the of exchange your item(s) OR return your item(s) for store credit. Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be denied. While customers are responsible for the return shipping, we will cover the shipping cost for any exchanged item(s).
*Non-returnable items include: Earrings and masks
If purchase is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 2 days of delivery (based on tracking #). We do ask that the customer email us a photo and description of the item(s) to Smilewithstyleboutique@gmail.com. If we are not notified in the 2 days, we are not be responsible for the item(s). If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit.
If you are shipping back an exchange or return for store credit, please follow instructions below:
- Email us at Smilewithsmileboutique@gmail.com to request exchange OR return for store credit.
- Please provide us with all necessary details to process an exchange. (i.e. size, color etc.)
- We will follow up with further instruction on return shipping.
Once the package is received, we will process the exchange / store credit within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping cost is the customer responsibility and will not be included in the exchange / store credit.
*If customer's return package is lost in transit, we are not responsible. Customer will need to check with carrier and file a claim. Customer should consider purchasing insurance for the package if it is over $100.
